GUARANTEED ORDERING SECURITY

The security of our customers is very important to us. There are several reasons why ordering with us is extremely safe:

Track Record. Using our secure ordering system, you'll be joining the thousands of customers that have placed orders with us without credit card fraud.
Safe Technology. Our secure server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all sensitive data regarding your purchase (such as credit card information), so that it becomes unreadable as it travels over the Internet.
Fair Credit Billing Act. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We Do Not Keep Credit Card Information. Unlike many online retailers, we go an extra step and do not store your credit card information on the internet or even in our files. All credit card information is shredded once the order is filled. This may be less convenient for our customers who order often using the same credit card since they have to provide this information each time, but we feel it is necessary to provide the highest possible security for your personal financial information.

United States Shipping Rates

All orders weighing over 1 pound are shipped via 3-Day Priority US Mail unless you specifically request Express Mail Delivery. Orders weighing under 1 pound are shipped regular first class US Mail.
Due to the rate increases by the US Postal Service, as of 05/11/2009, the shipping rates are: $6.95 for the first item, $3.25 for each additional item.
Three day delivery is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service and factors such as your distance from a major airport and acts of God such as extreme weather conditions may effect delivery time.

International Shipping Rates

4 to 7 Day Delivery (Overnight Delivery Not Available on Overseas Orders)

Orders MUST be received prior to 3 p.m., CST, weekdays, for USPS Express Mail (1-2 day delivery in most areas). Orders received Sat. and/or Sun. with USPS Express Mail delivery instructions will be processed the following business day.

To have your order shipped via USPS Express Mail, YOU MUST indicate this when you place your order (there is a special field on the same screen where you enter your Shipping Address). USPS Express Mail shipping costs will be added to your order at the time of processing.
