EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges only...no refunds. Exchanges are to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Any merchandise being exchanged must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.

Customer pays shipping and handling for any exchanges. See the Shipping Information page for shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Policy

  • U.S.P.S.: Orders will be sent via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail unless Express Mail is indicated on order form.
  • U.S.P.S. does not provide tracking information unless you pay for Express Mail.
  • Please make sure you have supplied the correct SHIPPING ADDRESS and BILLING ADDRESS (they can be different on orders less than $100). We will not accept delivery responsibility for any address changes made after the package has been shipped.
  • Your billing statement will show a charge from JMJ VENTURES, INC.
  • TRACKING: (available for domestic orders only when requesting and paying for U.S.P.S. Express Mail).
  • U.S.P.S.: No tracking information is provided for international shipments. Once U.S.P.S. shipments leave the United States, JMJ Ventures, Inc/AttitudeTees.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or shipments not received, nor do we accept returns.
  • Specific delivery instructions need to be put on your door at home and not in your order.
  • In order to prevent fraud, orders over $100 must be shipped to the billing address. If you need to have an order exceeding $100 shipped to a different location, you must use and pay for a traceable form of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - INCLUDING CANADA AND PUERTO RICO:

  • U.S.P.S.: No tracking information is provided for international shipments. Once U.S.P.S. shipments leave the United States, JMJ Ventures/AttitudeTees.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or shipments not received, nor do we accept returns.
  • Shipping duties and taxes are NOT calculated upon checkout, nor is JMJ Ventures/AttitudeTees.com responsible for any duties or taxes required to import the package. By opting to purchase our merchandise, you agree to pay whatever costs may be incurred.
